Can I tour the property?

Of course, call and/or email us to set-up a time to come out to the property.


Do you only host Weddings?

No, we host all sorts of events, from birthday parties to corporate retreats, and movie nights to art shows. Call or email us to learn more.


Do we have to utilize your Wedding/Events coordinators?

No, you are welcome to use your own.


How long is an event?

Depending on booking. Up to 23 hours (generally, guests must be leave the property no later than 11:59pm. Cleanup and removal of personal property must be completed by 10am the next day).


When can I set up?

As early as 11am.


How long can we have entertainment? (including DJ, live music, band, etc)

All entertainment must end at 11pm.


What is the capacity of the venue?

Maximum 270.


What services does the rental fee include?

The venue, table and seating for 100, Bridal Suite and Groom’s cabin. Other add-ons available.


When is the rental fee lower?

If you book during off-peak/mid-week, the rental fee is less. Please call or email for more details.


Are other events scheduled on the same day?

There may be other events on premises if both areas of the venue are booked.


What is your alcohol policy?

You are responsible for your own liquor. If alcohol is being sold at the event a proper licensed bartender with a liquor license is needed.


Will we need to purchase insurance certificates?

Yes, at this time guests who are booking an event will be responsible for purchasing their own liability insurance.


Are there adequate restroom facilities?

There are two restrooms available in the Barn, both ADA accessible. If the guest count is larger than 100, portable units will need to be purchased. Both the Bridal Suite and Groom’s Cabin have restrooms.


Can you accommodate physically challenged guests?

Yes. Please call or email to visit the property.


Are there any restrictions we need to know about?

Yes. There is no smoking on the property, only at designated areas. No open flames or fireworks. Candles may be used if in a proper enclosed housing unit. No pistols, guns or firearms. Detailed restrictions available in the contract.


What is your cancellation policy?

Half of rental rate is a nonrefundable deposit for holding venue. Foster Creek Farm (FCF) reserves the right to refuse/cancel reservations. If FCF refuses/cancels a reservation or is unable to accommodate an event on the guests desired date, a refund will be offered.
